I am a registered clinical counsellor with the BCACC. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and have spent the past several years supporting individuals through their healing and growth journeys. I began my career working with male survivors of sexual abuse, which laid the foundation for my deep respect for the courage and strength it takes to face trauma. Over time, I transitioned into a clinic where I had the privilege of assisting couples, individuals, and youth with a variety of mental health challenges. I’ve also had the opportunity to work in a hospital setting as a substance use clinician, expanding my expertise in supporting clients through complex struggles.

I’ve trained in several therapeutic approaches, including Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), all of which inform my approach to supporting clients. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where we can explore what’s happening in your life and work together to find solutions that feel right for you.

I’m excited to connect with you and support you on your path to growth and healing.
