How to Pay for Fees

Payments will be inquired through Trauma and Stress Counselling’s Jane App online booking system.

Direct Billing & Insurance Coverage

Direct billing available for clients with an active ICBC claim and through e-Telus for select providers
Insurance receipts provided after each session for self-submission
Clients must contact their insurance provider to confirm coverage
We won’t be able to submit claims to insurance companies on your behalf (except ICBC and e-Telus)
