With an educational background and training as a registered clinical counsellor and registered occupational therapist, I work with youth, adults, and families. As a counsellor, I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, and neurodivergent challenges. I am passionate in connecting with my clients, and I am privileged in finding ways to connect, support, and gain an understanding of their lived experiences.

To support my clients, I use an integrative humanistic and client-centered approach. My interest draws from learning evidence-based practices, and my training and experience with CBT, DBT, sensory and somatic approaches, and family systems and attachment theory.

I truly believe in collaborating with my clients to develop a holistic and tailored approach to best meet their therapeutic goals. I value creating a compassionate, authentic, and collaborative space where individuals can explore their challenges and strengths, implement new skills, develop resilience, and work towards meaningful and lasting change.
